RULES

The Progression Ladder is a system that limits the number of contracts traders can open based on their account balance andprofit levels. Traders must manage and regulate the number of contracts they open, ensuring they do not exceed the limits. Asyour account balance grows and you generate more profits, you may increase the number of positions you hold, but this is notmandatory.Key Points to Remember:

  • If you open more contracts than your account size and profit levels allow, your evaluation will be blocked for the day.
  • The evaluation will not be reset if you breach the progression ladder. You will simply be blocked for the day, and the block willbe removed during market close, allowing you to resume trading the following day.
  • Example: If you have a $25,000 account, you are allowed to open a maximum of two contracts. If you open three contractswithout sufficient profit to back it up, your evaluation will be blocked for the day.

You may trade micro contracts (e.g., MES, MNQ, MYM, etc.) which count as one contract toward your progression ladder, regardless of
how many contracts you trade. For example, if you are allowed to trade three contracts, you can trade up to three ES contracts, or a
combination of ES and micro contracts like MES (e.g., 2 ES + 10 MES).
Important:

  • Ensure your profits stay above the minimum required balance for your position size to avoid blocking your evaluation.
  • Violating the progression ladder rule may lead to a review process. Depending on the nature of the breach, your evaluation status
may be manually adjusted, and in severe cases, the evaluation may be removed without refund, disqualifying you from funding
    opportunities.

The Daily Loss is calculated based on your Profit & Loss (PnL), which includes both open (real-time/unrealized) and closed trades, as well ascommissions. It is tracked daily, from 5:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Central Time). At the start of each trading day, your PnL resets based on the account balance you begin with.Example:

  • If you start the day with an account balance of $25,000, and the Daily Loss limit is -$550, here’s how it works:
  • Suppose you have an open trade with a profit of +$500, but the trade turns against you, and you close it at -$100.
  • Since the account balance was $25,000, your PnL for the day would now be -$100, which is still within the allowed limit, so you wouldnot fail the rule.

Considering the Account Balance you started the day with ($25,000), your PnL is going to be -$100.
However, if your PnL ever hits the -$550 limit (even if you don't close your position), your evaluation fails and will be suspended from
further trading. In case you wish to retry the evaluation you will need to reset it.
The daily loss limit differs based on your selected account type.

The drawdown is calculated based on the end-of-day account balance. It adjusts according to the account’s positive performance andupdates after the market closes. If your profit increases by $1.00, your minimum account balance will also increase by $1.00.Example:

  • Starting account balance: $50,000
  • Maximum drawdown: $2,000
  • Initial minimum account balance: $48,000

Day 1:

  • At the end of the day, your balance is $52,000.
  • The minimum account balance is adjusted to $50,000.

Day 2:

  • At the end
of the day, the balance drops to $51,500.
  • The minimum account balance remains at $50,000 (it does not decrease).

Day 3:

  • At the end of the day, the balance increases to $53,000.
The minimum account balance is now adjusted to $51,000.

This process continues until the maximum drawdown reaches the starting balance of the account, in this case, $50,000, at which point
the minimum account balance will stop increasing.
Important Notes:

  • The minimum account balance only adjusts at the end of the trading day.
  • If at any moment, even with open positions, your balance drops below the minimum account balance, the evaluation will
    automatically fail.

The "Maintain Consistency" rule ensures that no single trading day accounts for 30% or more of your total Profit & Loss (PnL) duringyour evaluation.Example:

  • Your profit target is $3,000.
  • 30% of $3,000 is $900.
  • If you make more than $900 in one day, your evaluation does not fail, but you must continue trading until that day’s profitrepresents less than 30% of your total earnings.

Scenario:

  1. You make $1,200 in one day (which is 40% of $3,000).
  2. To maintain consistency, your total profit must be at least $4,000 so that the $1,200 profit becomes less than 30% of your totalearnings.
  • Calculation: $1,200 ÷ 0.3 = $4,000

Key Notes:

  • This rule applies only to the evaluation phase.
  • It does not apply once traders move to a LiveSim account.

RULESThe Maximum Position Size rule in MaC Pro Funding defines the maximum number of contracts you can have open at any given timeacross all positions.

Micro Contracts Exception:Certain micro contracts (MES, MNQ, MYM, M2K, MGC, MCL, M6E, M6B, MHG) count differently toward your maximum position size. Youcan trade up to 10 micro contracts, and they will only count as one standard contract toward your limit.

Example:

If your maximum position size allows you 3 contracts, you can trade:

  • 3 ES contracts
  • 2 ES + 10 MES contracts
  • 1 ES + 20 MES contracts
  • 30 MES contracts

-If you make $1,000 in profit (new balance = $51,000), your EOD Drawdown moves up to $49,000.
-If you withdraw $500, your account balance drops to $50,500, but your drawdown remains at $49,000.

  • A one-time $139 data fee is deducted from the first withdrawal.
  • Standard platform and exchange fees apply and may be deducted from your account.
  • Depending on the payment method, transaction fees may also apply.
  • Proper risk management is crucial—frequent withdrawals that leave insufficient trading capital may impact your ability to continuetrading.
  • The withdrawal cap for LiveSim accounts is $4,000.
  • Your first withdrawal requires at least $239 in profits to cover the $139 data fee and $100 minimum withdrawal.
  • Always monitor your EOD Drawdown to avoid breaching the account rules.
