Welcome to MaCPro Funding, operated by Administrarte, which manages the website located at https://old.macprofunding.com (the “Website”) and the online services related to evaluation programs, simulated accounts, and any other product or service we may offer now or in the future (collectively, the “Services”). The following Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you (“you” and “your”) and MaCPro Funding regarding your use of the Services. Visitors and users are referred to individually as “User” and collectively as “Users.”

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY REGISTERING, ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THE WEBSITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “TERMS”).

1. ACCOUNTS
   The Website is not available to (a) individuals under 18 years of age or (b) any user who has been previously suspended by MaCPro Funding. By clicking the “I Agree” button or registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to accept these Terms.

• Account Purchase Eligibility
  The funded account acquisition service is only available to active students of the Mercado al Cielo academy who have been previously authorized. MaCPro Funding reserves the right of admission and may deny access to account purchases to any person who:
  – Has not received a personalized and authorized purchase link from MaCPro Funding.
  If you are not authorized to purchase through the provided link, you will not be able to complete the activation process for any funded account.

To use the Services, you must create an account by providing accurate information and keeping it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password. Sharing accounts or allowing unauthorized access is not permitted.

1. PRIVACY POLICY
   We recommend that you carefully read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when using our Services.
2. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
   MaCPro Funding reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon their publication on the Website or direct notification to the User. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
3. PAYMENTS
   4.1 Pricing. Fees for evaluation programs and simulated accounts are set by MaCPro Funding and are subject to change without prior notice.
   4.2 Payments. You agree to pay the fees for the Services purchased and authorize automatic billing through the provided payment method. Fees are non-refundable once the evaluation period has begun.
   4.3 Recurring Subscriptions. By purchasing an evaluation account, you agree to a monthly recurring subscription that will automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled in advance. No refunds will be issued for already processed payments.
4. LICENSE AND USE
   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal and educational purposes. It is strictly prohibited to copy, resell, sublicense, modify, or use the Services for illegal or commercial purposes.
5. USER CONTENT
   You retain ownership of any content you publish, but you grant MaCPro Funding a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for promotional or educational purposes. You represent that you hold the necessary rights to authorize such use.
6. TERM AND TERMINATION
   These Terms will remain in effect as long as you use the Services. MaCPro Funding may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time without the right to a refund.
7. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
   You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates the law or the rights of third parties. MaCPro Funding does not guarantee specific results or continuous availability of the Website or Services.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   Use of the Services is at your own risk. MaCPro Funding shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages. Participation in simulated trading evaluations does not guarantee future performance or access to real capital.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
